THE HUDSON SNO-MEN 
April 21st,2010

A meeting of the Hudson Sno-Men was held on April 21st, 2010 at the Hudson Rec-Center with 8 members in attendance and Bill Schmerder presiding, meeting started at 7:45pm.

SECRETARY’S REPORT: 
A motion was made by Karl ROdrigue and seconded by Denis Rodrigue to accept as read.

TREASURER’S REPORT:
 A motion was made by Karl Rodrigue and seconded by Amos Wintle to accept as read.

SPECIAL DELEGATIONS:
 Harold has completed all the IRS forms, and he has mailed all these in.  He will also mail out the Insurance forms with the Activities list.
POINTS: 
Karl reported that all points are in and can be viewed.

FLOWERS: 
No Report 

MEMBERSHIPS: 
No Report

100 CLUB: 
The Final drawing will be in May 
 
NEW BUSINESS:
The club will be purchasing 20 baseball caps, the cost is $10.00 each.  The club will once again this year donate $1500.00 to the Easter Seals.  The Point Trip will also be held on January 22nd and the 23rd, in Lancaster, The Cabbott Inn.

Unfinished Business
We have elected the same officers for next year.  Also Charlie Case will be serving on the Board of Directors for the next three years.

Next Meeting will be on be on May 19th,2010
 
Motion was made by Karl Rodrigue and seconded by Harold Case to adjorn the meeting at 8:25 pm
